Returns & Exchanges
All Romeoshops.com merchandise is unconditionally guaranteed. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, let us know and we will take care of you.
Returns will be accepted within 21 days of the original purchase. Returns made after 21 days of the original purchase date will receive a merchandise voucher for Romeoshops.com in the amount of the original purchase.
Romeoshops.com is pleased to offer a more convenient way to return merchandise - with a pre-paid, pre-addressed return label which will be emailed to you per your return/exchange request. Just package the return and seal it in the original box or a securely taped box. Affix the pre-paid, pre-addressed postage to your package. Drop your package in the U.S. mail - at home, at work, or at the Post Office, simple as that!
